Shipping Procedure for Repair Services

  1. Remove your item. This can usually be accomplished within 5-10 minutes with basic hand tools. Feel free to ask for help with directions and pictures of removal.
  2. Properly package your item. There will need to be at least 2 inches of space between the item and the side of the box. You should also insure your package. We receive a fair amount of items that are just thrown into a box with no padding and arrive broken.
  3. Print and complete work order form. This needs to be sent in with every item. If you need an odometer correction form, we have a form for that as well. Forms can be found here.
  4. Ship your item via UPS or USPS. Prices vary depending on size: boxes under 13oz can be shipped via USPS First Class for under $5; boxes under 17x9x9 can be shipped fairly inexpensively via USPS Priority; boxes over that size should be sent via UPS ground for the best price. You can create a UPS shipping label here.
  5. Your item is generally completed within 3-5 days of us receiving the itemYour item is then returned via USPS First Class, USPS Priority, or UPS Ground all of which vary between 1-6 day delivery, depending on the shipping method and your location. We can also offer expedited shipping for an additional cost.
