12V El Inverter – an electroluminescent inverter that is commonly used to repair blue-green Indiglo backlighting in gauge clusters. We often see this used in Ford and Chrysler clusters.

The pair of black wires are AC output, then the wires go on either side of the item you are trying to get power to:

  • Red goes to 12+ V input
  • Black goes to 12- V input
